So while I was thinking of good food for it came to my mind the great Filipino dish Chicken Adobo. Everyone loves chicken adobo. So in this article I won’t be going over the history of the great chicken adobo but instead someone will teach us how to make a delicious chicken adobo.Here he is folks, I searched the web for a good gift to teach us how to cook the amazing chicken adobo that if you’ll have a taste of it, you will remember when you were young and your lovely mom made you a chicken adobo. 1 and 1/2 cups unseasonsed rice or sugar stick vinegar
1/4 cups soy sauce
1 cups coconut milk
12 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
3 bay leaves
1/2 tablespoon whole black peppercorns, squashed
One (1-1.3 kilo) chicken, cut into 6 serving pieces
DIRECTIONS
1. In a medium bowl, join vinegar, soy sauce, coconut milk, garlic, bay leaves, chiles, and peppercorns. Include chicken; marinate, secured, in the refrigerator for no less than 2 hours.
2. Organize chicken in a clay pot or Dutch-stove. Pour marinade over chicken, and heat to the point of boiling. Decrease heat; simmer, covered, until tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
3. Preheat broiler. Take the chicken from pot, and place on a heating sheet or oven dish. Place under grill until carmelized, 5 to 10 minutes. In the interim, keep on cooking the staying fluid in the pot until it achieves a rich consistency. Exchange chicken to a serving platter, and top with diminished sauce. Present with mustard greens and rice, if craved.
